Nepal trip focus

With only 3 days to go until we depart for Nepal, life is as usual hectic.  

For some on the trip simply getting to Everest Base Camp will feel like a great achievement.  For those wanting a bigger challenge we have planned some very big side trips on the way to EBC that should test even the fittest.  With thee passes over 5,300m and Lobuche East (6100m) there should be some rarefied moments of training before our final challenge of running a marathon from Kalla Pattar (above Base Camp) to Namche Bazar.
