How to Book
To enquire about a trip email nfo@outdoor.co.nz or call 0800 688245 (from outside New Zealand call 64 4 9745214).
There is also a booking form on the packages page.
The usual booking steps are:
- You choose one of the standard tours as a base, maybe add or tweak a couple of bits (maybe upgrade some accommodation, upgrade to support van, include a fishing resort or include a specific village or Apia).
- We then provide a price for this based on the estimated number of participants.
- You book flights as this is the most variable price component and needs to be done as soon as possible. (We can assist with group flight bookings for 10 or more)
- We confirm an exact agenda and price based on these flight details and participant numbers. We will invoice you a deposit of $200pp with the balance payable 6 weeks before departure.
Popular Itineraries
Groups with a cycle focus and limited time prefer the Savaii Escape trip (our best selling trip).
Those with more time prefer the Samoa Discovery.
If the group is divided between cycling and beach activities the Savaii Taster works for everyone.
Luxury Cycle is a good choice for those looking for maximum comfort.
The Upolu Adventure and Savaii Challenge are new trips for 2013. Talk to us if these appeal as some pricing and support details are still being finalised.
