Why Patagonia

Photos of sailing amongst glacial ice, of deep fiords and sheltered anchorages were hugely appealing.  The isolation and challenges around getting there only added to the desire to visit.  

Where is the Beagle Channel?

The Beagle channel is at the bottom of South American Patagonia.  Parts of it form the border between Chile and Argentina, but the are of deep fiors with numerous tidewater glaciers is in Chile.
